Entries and How To Enter

This event is pre-entries only. Entries close at midnight on Wednesday, 16 October 2024. Late entries will be subject to availability. Times will be published on Friday, 18 October 2024 at 5pm ENTER HERE

Information

  • Test callers are permitted at this competition, however the competitor must provide their own. Test sheets will be available at the end of each class. If you want your sheet posting, please leave an SAE with the events secretary;
  • Rosettes to 6th place in all classes. The classes will be split juniors and seniors subject to entries. Riders under 17 years old on the date of competition will be classed as a Junior;
  • Dressage tests will be run indoors using the main arena. The warm-up will also be indoors in the smaller arena. Please keep as closely as you can to your times as this will prevent any build up of people on the day;
  • Competitors must be wearing CORRECT attire. Crash Hats must be worn with chin straps fastened at all times when mounted. Hats must comply with the BD Hat rules;
  • Entries are limited and are taken in order of receipt;
  • Any objections must be made within 15 minutes of completion of the class and accompanied by a deposit of £20;
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes if there are insufficient entries;
  • Entry fees will be refunded if entry can be replaced by another competitor;
  • Horses / Ponies must be 3 years old or over.

Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of the organiser, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

Health and Safety

The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
