The Trustees, leadership, staff and learners at The National Horseracing College are deeply saddened by news of the death last week of former NHC learner, Laura Barry. She undertook her Level 2 Apprenticeship through our Work Based Learning Programme and went on to a successful career in racing until it was cut short so tragically by cancer when she was just 25 years old. We extend our sympathy to her fiancée, family, friends and all in the racing industry who knew her and will miss her.
