Nigel Hansford

Nigel joined the NHC in 2014 as Part time Finance Director. Nigel is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Deloitte in 1988

Prior to joining the NHC Nigel worked as Group Finance Director for Whelco Holdings, a company that owned the professional Football and Rugby League teams in Wigan and prior to that was an Operational Auditor and Financial Accountant for the conglomerate Lonrho plc.

As Finance Director Nigel’s main role is to oversee the Finance function of the College including the preparation of Budgets and Forecasts and the production of Management Accounts.
